Return & Refund Policy

We will make every effort to ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition and within the stipulated timeframe mentioned in your order receipt. Customer satisfaction is our priority, in case you are not happy with the delivery, you can provide the following information to our service delivery team at support@khajoor.pk

  • Details and reasons for your dissatisfaction.
  • Pictures of the orders received along with the order number
  • Whether you want to exchange or replace the order with a new one.

Note: Packages that are opened by customers or which are damaged after delivery are not entitled to returns or exchange. Khajoor.pk will provide the reshipping for items which are wrongly shipped or the items which are not delivered as per the order details.

In case where the customer's provided details are accurate and customer does not accepts products in exchange of original order. Khajoor.pk will refund the customer using the same channel which was used to place the order and/or via bank transfer in case the channel does not support such type of payments.
